I've always loved Egg Hunts......Carson is at that cute cute age for Egg Hunting. Bryan said that if Carson didn't figure out Egg Hunting that he would hide eggs for him in our backyard when we got back home.
I decided kinda last minute to take Carson to Clinard Farms......a very short distance from our house. I was not quite sure what to expect..... I have taken the older boys to Egg Hunts that were huge and very crowded.
I was pleasantly surprised, not too crowded and a very nice group of people organizing it.
I have given Carson instructions, he does not seam like he quite understands........but when the buzzer rings and I say GO FIND EGGS! He did just that! At his own little pace he filled his basket up with Easter Eggs!!
He had one area all to himself so he was able to take his time and enjoy his day of finding Eggs.
Carson especially loved it when I showed him there were treats inside the Eggs.......I think that was his FAVORITE part!!
After the Egg Hunt, we tried the bounce house.......
Saw from a good distance that crazy looking Easter Bunny.......
And had fun petting and feeding the farm animals.
They also served cotton candy......Carson just rubbed it on his face, never figured out that he should eat it, which was a win win for me my child didn't get pumped up on sugar but yet I could eat the cotton candy myself:)
Carson is ready to head home and show the big brothers his special Eggs!!
When we arrived home, we all were in EGG Hunting mode. The big boys were totally game with me hiding eggs for them.
Carson gets so serious and starts opening the Eggs, I felt so bad as there were no treats in the eggs, he didn't understand that these were just our eggs and we were hiding for fun.
Peyton is helping me match up the eggs after Carson looked inside for treats.
It was a beautiful day for lots of Egg Hunting!!
